Owens Corning, traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol OC, was founded in Toledo in 1938 and remains one of northwest Ohio’s signature employers. The company describes itself as a branded building-products leader built around three complementary businesses — roofing, insulation and doors — serving mainly residential markets across North America and Europe.

The November report will show how those housing-linked businesses performed through the summer building season, a stretch that investors watch closely for signals about home construction and remodeling demand. Results will be posted through the company’s investor relations channels on the morning of Nov. 4.
