COLUMBUS — A Columbus-born car wash company is marking a major milestone back home. Express Wash Concepts will celebrate its 150th location with the grand opening of a new Moo Moo Express Car Wash at 6285 Cleveland Ave. in Columbus.
A ribbon cutting is set for noon on Friday, Oct. 16, kicking off a celebration that runs through Oct. 25. The new site is also the brand’s 40th location in central Ohio.
During the celebration, the Cleveland Avenue wash will offer free Ceramic 4 Ultra washes, a $26 value, and half off the first three months of its unlimited wash club on that package. For each new membership sold during the event, the company will donate $10 to Wagons Ho Ho Ho, a central Ohio nonprofit that fills wagons with gifts and essentials for children and families in need during the holidays, and proceeds from discounted $50 gift cards sold for $25 will also benefit the nonprofit.
Express Wash Concepts opened its first Moo Moo Express in Columbus in 2009 and now operates locations across six states under five brands, with additional sites under construction and scheduled to open by the end of 2026.
