Central Ohio Home & Garden Show Celebrates America's Spirit with Immersive Gardens
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Central Ohio’s annual Home & Garden Show opened its doors Saturday at the Ohio Expo Center, inviting visitors to explore nine patriotic-themed gardens and a showcase of home improvement exhibits through Feb. 22.

This year’s theme, *“Celebrate America,”* pays tribute to the nation’s upcoming 250th anniversary, featuring immersive garden designs inspired by historic landmarks, national symbols, and regional landscapes. From colonial-era gardens to modern Americana motifs, each display aims to capture a piece of U.S. heritage through color, design, and horticultural artistry.

Event organizers say the show’s blend of creativity and craftsmanship highlights Ohio’s strong gardening and home renovation community. “We wanted this year to feel special — a way to honor America’s story while inspiring families to make their homes and gardens a reflection of that pride,” said show manager Lisa Alexander.

Alongside the gardens, hundreds of exhibitors are presenting the latest in landscaping technology, remodeling trends, and sustainable living solutions. Daily workshops and demonstrations from local experts will offer visitors hands-on advice for home projects large and small.
