What to Expect Next
The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory that remains in effect until 1:00 AM Tuesday. Winds are expected to shift and intensify overnight into Monday morning, with sustained speeds of 20–30 mph and gusts potentially reaching 55–60 mph. Utility companies are warning that these sustained winds may lead to more widespread outages as tree limbs are weakened.
