Erika Funfgeld, 27, appeared before the court Feb. 2 and was formally charged with possession of drugs, possession of cocaine, and operating a vehicle under the influence.
The charges stem from a Jan. 30 traffic stop conducted by Bucyrus police around 2:20 p.m. in the 1000 block of Home Circle Drive. According to police, a K-9 unit alerted officers to Funfgeld’s vehicle during the stop, prompting a search that led to her arrest.
During Monday’s hearing, Funfgeld’s bond was set at $75,000 cash or surety. Court records show she must comply with several conditions, including obeying all laws, attending all future hearings, abstaining from drugs or alcohol, and submitting to random testing.
As of Tuesday, Funfgeld remained housed at the Crawford County Justice Center.
