CLEVELAND, OH — As Thanksgiving approaches, Care Alliance Health Center is once again giving back to the community through its annual Community Turkey and Food Giveaway. The event, held in the heart of the Central neighborhood, brings together local leaders, organizations, and volunteers to address food insecurity and ensure families have the essentials for a holiday meal.

This year’s giveaway features hundreds of turkeys and grocery bags filled with fresh produce, pantry staples, and seasonal favorites. Community members are invited to pick up food items on a first-come, first-served basis at Care Alliance’s Central Neighborhood Clinic. The initiative is part of the center’s broader effort to promote health and wellness by addressing the social and economic factors that affect families’ well-being.
