K9 Capone was deployed and a positive indication to the presence of narcotic odor was observed. A search of the vehicle was conducted and approximately 6.4grams of suspected methamphetamine, prescription pills (Gabapentin),digital scale,bags for sales,and several items of drug paraphernalia were located in the vehicle.
Dawn Shultz age 42 of Mansfield,Ohio was arrested and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court on the following requested charges:
Drug Trafficking(F-4)
Possession of drugs bulk amount (F-3)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M-4)
This traffic stop like many others conducted by officers of this department everyday, successfully stopped more illegal narcotics from being sold and used in the city of Bucyrus. The approximate street value of the narcotics seized was $550.
